Refund Policy

Digital Products (e-books, PDFs, printables)

  • All sales are final once delivered.

  • If a file is corrupted or a link fails, email us and we’ll re-send or repair access.

Pre-Orders

  • You may cancel for a full refund any time before fulfillment begins.

  • Once shipped, the order follows the Physical items policy below.

Physical Items (books/merch)

  • Returns accepted within 7 days of delivery, unused and in original condition.

  • Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item was damaged, defective, or we made an error.

  • To start a return, email us first for an RMA and instructions.

Damaged or Defective Items

  • Report within 3 days of delivery with photos. We’ll offer a replacement or refund.

Non-returnable Items

  • Digital downloads, gift cards, and signed/personalized items (unless defective).

Events & Bookings

  • Tickets/appearances are non-refundable. If we cancel or reschedule, you’ll receive a refund or credit.

Refund Timing

  • Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive/verify the item or issue.

International Orders

  • Duties/taxes are non-refundable. Delivery delays due to customs are outside our control.
